As a national provider we cover all 32 Local Authorities across Scotland with consistent fees for all council areas and no differentiation on pricing between residential and commercial properties.
Reports are based on derived council data supplemented by real time searching so you can be sure you are working with current, accurate information.
Reports include all available planning and building warrant application data, and are not artificially limited to the most recent five years.
We include all Orders and Notices associated with a property under all relevant Scottish legislation, and will obtain relevant financial information as standard as part of our service – delivering a significant convenience to customers.
We include confirmation of connectivity to public water and public sewerage systems, plus registration details for any private water supplies or septic tanks registered at the property.
We have recently extended PEC responses with additional helpful supplementary information to pre-empt queries. Our PECs are widely accepted as the most data-rich reports in the market today.
PECs are available with our standard turnround time of 24 hours, however if an urgent report is required this can be provided within one hour at no additional cost.
We can refresh a PEC if the transaction is delayed at no additional cost.
