Property Searches Scotland has launched PSS Commercial, a new platform giving property solicitors in Scotland a dedicated tools for managing searches for complex commercial property transactions.

A first for Scotland’s commercial property market

PSS Commercial is the first platform built specifically for commercial property work in Scotland, bringing search ordering, invoicing and reporting for multi-property matters into one system. The platform has been developed with input from some of Scotland’s leading commercial property firms.

Key features include:

• Multiple properties and areas of land sit under a single matter rather than separate cases, so firms can order and track everything in one place.
• A new Multi-Unit PEC consolidates search results from multiple adjacent areas of land into a single report, offering enhanced convenience and cost-effectiveness.
• Completed reports can be sent directly to data rooms, investors, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Internal privacy settings enable visibility of transaction details to be restricted to the appropriate people, for matters that are sensitive or involve high-profile parties.
