Michael Tolland

Michael Tolland

Managing Director

Michael launched PSS in January 2012, following a successful career in finance and running high-performing commercial teams operating in the UK-wide property searches sector. Having tired of the weekly M6 commute, the dream was to grow PSS to emulate the 10% market share achieved with his previous employer during the halcyon days of Home Information Packs.

It is a source of endless pride that, thanks to the efforts of the incredible team at PSS and our wonderful customers, the business has grown to become the market-leading, innovative solutions provider to the Scottish property sector, with an enviable track record of year-on-year growth, and a market share approaching four times that of his previous venture.

Michael is a Chartered Accountant by training, but asks that you don’t hold this against him as he knows a joke or two!

In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit at the gym, hillwalking with nearly 200 Munros under his belt and an ambition to be a compleator, and spending time with family and friends.
